Ultra Barrier Lamination:

• An adhesive lamination used for high barrier applications.
  Laminating, using barrier adhesives, the end product
  is typically at a lower cost and offer higher barrier properties
  when compared to structures using existing “off the shelf”
  Coated Film.

• Typical Barrier Values are:
  WVTR - 0.15 g/100 sq. in./24 hr. (100ºF, 90%RH, 1 mil Film).
  OTR - 0.25cc/100 sq. in./24 hr. (73ºF, 0%RH).

K-SERIES:

The “K” Hanger is a medium size hanger which can take heavy loads.
It can fit Rods of 5/8” diameter and is available in lengths of
5”, 6” and 8”.
Standard colors are white, black and natural, with
custom colors available upon customers' request.

M-SERIES:

This elegant hanger is designed to take heavy loads.
It can fit rods of 1 1/4” diameter and is available in lengths of 5”. 6” and 8”.
Standard colors are white, black and natural,
with custom colors available upon customers' request.

TWO-PIECE SERIES:
These hangers are made of two separate parts, which are
sealed to each side of the topside of the bag. Moving the
two parts of the hanger away from each other opens the
bag; whereas snapping the two parts together, closes
the bag. It can fit Rods of 3/8” diameter and is available
in white.
Custom colors are available upon customers' request.

These Hangers vary in length:

    - W2 : Length is 8”. Can take heavy load.
    - T6 : Length is 6”. Can take medium load.
    - T4 : Length is 4”. Can take medium load.

CHIP SERIES:

- CHIP / FLAGGED CHIP
These unique hangers do not take up any shelf-space.
The hanger is inserted into the bag header and by punching
holes through the header, the hanger is exposed.
This hanger replaces many of the conventional bags with hang holes.

The main benefits are:
A) The bag is shoppable.
B) The top of the bag remains straight while hanging.
C) Increases open planagram space.
D) The flagged chip hanger has an extended “flap”, with sizing information      embossed on it.This allows the customer to easily identify the sizes.

This hanger fits rods of 3/8” diameter.

P-SERIES:
This Hanger is designed mainly to hang “boxed” merchandise.
It can be applied to the box in two different ways:

- Manually: The hanger is supplied with double - sided tape, and
  then applied by hand, to the top-side of the box.
- Automatically: Hanger can be applied automatically on an assembly
  line, with a glue machine.

The unique feature of this hanger is, when folded, it is hidden.
When the hanger is open, the hanger extends, thus allowing the box to be hung.

These hangers fit rods of 1 1/4” diameter and has a length of 3”.
The standard color is white; custom colors are available upon
customers' request.

Custom and Stock Fractional Film:

Brick Pack Film:

• Film structures are prepared to run successfully on all Brick and Valve
   machines, such as ICA, FRESCO, etc..

• Our films are designed to reduce leakers and give exceptional   machinability. Three and four layered   structures are available

INFLATABLE POUCHES:
The Inflatable Pouch is designed to maximize protection and avoid damage to products during transportation and in storage.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Suspending the product in an inflatable pouch of air, this product provides protection against damage by reducing shock.
The pouch is made up of four puncture resistant layers. All of the layers on the bottom and two sides are sealed together.
However, at the top, only the two outside layers are sealed, so as to create a pocket within the pouch. The product is placed inside the pouch pocket and the bag is inflated with air through a valve
to create a highly protective wall around the product.
The valve is automatically reclosed. The bag can be deflated by inserting a straw into the valve. The valve can also serve as a handle. The adhesive tape at the end of the valve enables it to secure the bag opening, thus creating a carry-handle.
The un-inflated pouch takes up minimal storage space when compared to other cushioning and blocking solutions.
This pouch is available in a variety of stock sizes.
Custom size, plain or printed, can be made.

VOID-FILLED BAGS:

Void Filled bags are designed to convert your packaging process into an economical and time-saving operation. Ideal for lower-volume shipping applications, this practical, highly adaptable solution also provides maximum in-carton protection

HOW DOES IT WORK?

After placing the product inside the box, add the Void-Filled Bag and close the box, while leaving the bag valve outside.

Inflate the bag with compressed air. The valve will automatically close. The package is now ready.

Void-Filled bags are available in a variety of stock sizes. Custom sizes, plain or printed, can also be made.

SNAP SERIES:

Snaps may be applied to a bag singly, or in pairs.
The snap allows a bag to be opened or closed with ease.
Snap can be use in combination with any hanger from the Hanger Series.

Standard colors are black and white. Custom colors are available upon customers' request.

Reclosable Zipper Series:

Reclosable Zippers allow the bags to be opened and closed.

Ultra Flex offers three main types of zippers:

String, Flange, and Offset Flange.

  • String zippers are applied mostly to sideweld bags, and come in standard     colors of natural, black and white. Custom colors are available upon     request.

  • Flange and offset zippers apply mostly to pouch and stand up pouch bags
    and transverse rollstock. The standard color is natural.

Reclosable zippers can be applied in combination with any hanger from the Hanger Series.

Resealable Tape Series:

Tape is applied to the flap of the bag which allows the flap to open or close.

The "Opening Strength" of the flap can be changed by varying the size of the tape.

Reclosable tape can be used in combination with any hanger from the Hanger Series.

SHAPED BAGS:

These bags are made to custom fit any product with an unorthodox shape, such as brooms, flowers, candies etc...

These bags can be printed with designs of up to 10 colors.

TRANSVERSE ZIPPERED ROLLSTOCK:

Transverse Zippered Rollstock is made to run on a vertical form fill machine (VFFS).

The zippered roll can have a diameter of up to 24 inches. Zippers can be string, flange or offset flange.
